Cupcakes from Nan......

In all my excitement, I forgot to blog about these beautiful hand-towels that I won from Nan's blog anniversary giveaway! They are so lovely, that  I don't know that I can use them......Right now they are in my studio with all the art! Nan, they are in good company! If you go to Nan's blog, be careful because she has a lot of delicious recipes to make and yummy pictures! Oh, and Nan, if you do get to Paris, I am definitely coming along!!!! Nan, could you send me that delicious Jamaican Banana Bread made with rum? I am definitely going to try that recipe!

Arrival of Bunny Cake......

My package from Tootie arrived today.......it was a beautifully sculpted bunny cake. This is what Tootie used: paper mache box, ribbon, paper clay, beads, molding paste, glitter and then painted it with acrylic and matte gel medium. What a prize!

I saw the picture that Tootie had of it, and I think her picture is better so check here to see it. But here is my picture of it:

I wonder if Tootie does cake decorating? It has a lot of detail and the top can be removed should I choose to place anything in it......What a treat, Tootie!

I sent her bunny out yesterday. Since I will be gone for so long from the computer, I decided to post pictures of it today.....hopefully, she won't think to look for it here......

She is a simple little bunny made from white knit gloves......I turned the gloves inside out to get the other texture......She has an embroidered heart on her belly that matches her dress..... her ears are lined with the same print fabric. I did not name her, as I wanted Tootie to name her......
