Fire and Ice detail
This was inspired by a friend of mine who is a trapper. He took pictures of an owl that had been caught in one of his muskrat traps as it was trying to free itself from the water when it fell in. It was a very agitated owl, and I had a lot of fun interpreting his mood. It clearly was a depiction of fire and ice. Blogged June 2007.
